About Us
How we started
Hello my name is Shane Postler, owner and operator of PERC Services, I started this company in late 2025 after working many years in construction and property management. 3 months after high school I started my electrical apprenticeship working for a company where I quickly became a team lead in services for residential and commercial as well as for residential contracting for 6 years, I then moved into property management as a building engineer and then as a maintenance superintendent at a large company for 3 years. Throughout those years I have acquired licenses and certifications for the services I provide now under one company and plan to expand those services to more trades.
